Five Element acupuncture on the Olympic Peninsula

Natural Healing Services in Sequim & Port Angeles

Acupuncture

Most people arrive with one specific concern — pain, poor sleep, stress, or something they haven't been able to resolve. What they discover is that acupuncture works on the whole person. It regulates the nervous system, reduces inflammation, and gets things moving — which is why patients often notice improvements well beyond what they originally came in for.

I practice Five Element acupuncture with Tung Style as a complementary modality. If you've had acupuncture before and felt like something was missing, this approach may be different from what you've experienced.

Qi Gong Classes

Qi Gong is a movement practice that complements acupuncture — and one you can take home. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, it regulates the nervous system and builds resilience over time. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Classes are held at Blue Mountain Yoga in Sequim on Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00–10:00. Drop-ins welcome.
